Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge and understand that my participation with BJ Collective and its DBA’s is voluntary. I acknowledge and understand the scope, nature, and extent of the risks involved and expressly, voluntarily, and irrevocably assume any and all risks of loss and/or damage to property, illness, injury, and/or death arising from my participation, whether or not contemplated in this Agreement and regardless of how it was caused.

I acknowledge, understand, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the activities to be undertaken and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in such activities. I further agree and covenant that if at any time I believe that my participation would put me or other participants at risk of harm, I will decline to participate. If I participate in coaching or teaching programs, I do so voluntarily and knowingly and I expressly assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, and/or death to me or other participants arising from my participation.

I acknowledge and understand that I am fully responsible for managing myself, my actions and my emotions in connection with any coaching and teaching, and am solely responsible for all actions I take and things I say.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall BJ Collective, it’s subsidiary, DBA’s and parent companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Services, even if BJ Collective is advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. (because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation may not apply to me. In such states, BJ Collective’s liability and the liability of its subsidiary, DBA’s and parent companies or affiliates is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.) I specifically acknowledge and agree that BJ Collective is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any participant. If I am dissatisfied with the service or any policies applicable thereto, my sole and exclusive remedy is to leave or discontinue use of the services.

BJ Collective offers holistic health and wellness guidance and teaching and is designed for educational purposes only. I should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If I have any concerns or questions about my health, I should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional. I will not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from my health-care professional because of something I may have learned during coaching services. The use of any information provided by BJ Collective and it’s DBA’s is solely at my own risk.

Further, I acknowledge that all shared information of services and teachings are intellectual property and belong to BJ Collective. I will not share or distribute any of the teachings or materials without permission. If I do so, I fully accept the consequences to the fullest extent of the law.
